Mark D. Cox, SR is a retired Criminal Justice professional as wellas a retired Commander in the United States Coast Guard. He is amember of Groove Phi Groove Social Fellowship, Inc of which hecurrently serves as the President of the Birmingham AlabamaGraduate Chapter. He is a Charter Member of the GrooveFoundation Incorporated, currently serving as Vice President ofthe Board of Directors. Mark obtained a Bachelor of ScienceDegree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Safety andRisk Administration after transferring from Tuskegee University.He also completed the Evans-Smith Institute of ChurchLeadership Certificate Program at Virginia Union University Samuel Dewitt Proctor School ofTheology. Mark is an Ordained Baptist Deacon and serves as a Bible School Instructor.
