John is a 1980 Graduate from Tuskegee Institute earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Science Technology. John possesses over 20 years of construction management experience in the nuclear, commercial, and institutional construction. Since 2002 John has been owner, and president, CEO of NIA Construction Services Inc. (a small general construction company) New York State certified Disadvantage Business Enterprise and Minority Business Enterprise.
John is an active member of the Birmingham Graduate Chapter and holds office as the secretary of the Hudson Valley Graduate Chapters and a Lifetime Member all of Groove Phi Groove Social Fellowship Inc.
John is an active member of his church’s College Scholarship Committee for over 20 years. His commitment to student financial assistance is paramount
